关闭Notification 以及 Superfetch 功能减少win 10 资源消耗
在更新到win 10 以后很多同学发现system进程的内存占用和CPU占用经常标高，解决的办法是关闭 系统设置中的通知 以及 superfetch功能即可。具体设置方法如下： 关闭Notifications功能： turn off settting -> System -> Notifications & actions -> show me tips about windows 关闭Superfetch 服务： Control panel -> Administrative tools -> Service 找到 Superfetch服务，并将其关闭即可
